As you may already know, Let’s Paint Nature has been running for two years. The primary goal of this site is to offer free art lessons in the hopes of helping people become closer to nature. As of today, the “Learn How” page has 49 free step by step painting demonstrations. Yesss!
We’re going to take it one step further…
I do not have the equipment, but I have arranged for a camera person who has the equipment to start taking and editing video of short hikes and painting demonstrations and do it on a very low budget.
To keep this site running with many free lessons, I’m asking for the help of those who are able, to make a donation for camera production time and art supplies. If you enjoy this site and the demonstrations are helpful to you, please consider making a small donation. Donations of $10 or more will receive a free bookmark of their choice. Please leave your email info when donating so I can contact you. Your name (optional) or company logo will be listed on the video that was sponsored and also appear on the video page of this site.
Donations of any amount can be made by clicking the button to the right.
I believe it will be much easier for the viewer to follow along if they watch the demonstration instead of just reading the demonstration. That’s why I’m very excited about this project. Not only will you learn how to paint nature, but you will learn about nature as well and see it from the comfort of your own home! Cool Beans!!!
Good luck, hon. I think this is a great idea. Have you considered possibly contacting your local public TV station about creating a show? It might be a great opportunity…
I had a feeling it was not going to be long before you go video!!
I think its a great idea. WAY TO GO VIDEO Christine!!!
